I enjoyed a spacious room with a great view of the inner courtyard. The breakfast had a fantastic variety with delicious options that fueled my day. The location excelled. it was a quick walk from the main train station and close to tram stops, making city exploration a breeze. Staff were consistently helpful, making my stay even nicer. I appreciated the well-equipped gym and the relaxation provided by the indoor pool overnight. However, the furniture in the room showed signs of wear, with a chair that had cracked leather. The shower temperature fluctuated a bit, which was inconvenient for morning routines. It would have been better if the communication from the staff during issues was more effective. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but left room for improvement in certain areas.

indoor swimming pool, gorgeous city views, stylish lobby lounge

The noise from the busy road outside was quite disruptive!!! Shower temperatures fluctuating made every wash a guessing game!!! Additionally, the gym is poorly designed, becoming overcrowded during peak hours. A real letdown!!!

The receptionist offered personalized attention that made my arrival enjoyable. The city view from my room was stunning, providing a lovely backdrop throughout my stay.

I really loved the indoor pool and the cozy sauna during my 3-night stay. they made my evenings super relaxing. The room had a fridge, which was a nice touch for snacks and drinks. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😄
